Abstracts may be submitted via internet only. Abstracts submitted via fax or e-mail will not be accepted. After reading these guidelines please refer to the account creation page

2. Content and structure

Language: Abstracts should be submitted and presented in English or in French.

Original material: Abstracts must contain original material neither published nor presented elsewhere.

Structure: Abstracts should be presented and structured as follows :

  1. Objectives
  2. Methods
  3. Results
  4. Conclusion

Length: Abstracts texts should not exceed 315 words

Please ensure that the abstract does not contain spelling, grammar or scientific errors, as it will be reproduced exactly as submitted. Submitted abstracts will not be edited in any way. If the abstract does not fulfill the necessary requirements it cannot be published in the abstract book

Reviews and Presentation

Abstracts will be subject to a review

Abstracts will be presented as posters or as part of the official symposia. The scientific Committee reserves the right to accept or refuse an abstract, to designate papers either as oral or poster presentations and to choose a suitable session for the abstract.

Deadlines and Notifications

Deadline for submission is June 1st, 2010

Authors will be notified by e-mail of acceptance by August 15th, 2010

Authors will be notified of their place in the program by September 10th, 2010

The submitting author must register and pay for the congress by May 15th . Abstracts without paid registration fee will not be published.
