The Atlas Médina & Spa Hotel, next to the Atlas Marrakech, is a property of 5 hectares, just across the street from the Congress Hall and Mansour Eddahbi Hotel. It is a mixture of traditional architecture and style of the 30’s.

featuring 224 Rooms and 11 Suites, all equipped with terraces overlooking the swimming pool or the gardens, bathrooms, air-conditioning, minibar, satellite television, safety box, direct dial phone and modem plug. The Daniel Jouvance Spa is built over 1500 sq. meters and offers all treatments for your welfare and relaxation.

Hotel booking & cancellation terms

Reservation deadline: September 10th, 2010

Hotel reservations received after this date may not be guaranteed and will be made according

to availability only. Reservations without the required deposit and registration fees will not be

processed.

For booking until May 31st 2010, a minimum 2 nights deposit is due
As of June 1st 2010 the full amount of the accommodation booked is required.

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or e-mail) to Congress Agency.

Following cancellation terms will apply :

Up to July 20th – 2010 : 25 € will be withheld for administrative costs
Between July 21st and August 31st – 2010 : 1 night deposit will be withheld
After August 31st – 2010 : no refund will be processed

The Congress Organisation has negotiated special rates with Royal Air Maroc, the Official Carrier of the event, on the behalf of the WASP Congress participants.
Tickets may be purchased at any RAM office around the world upon presentation of your registration order number generated by the web site.
