Meals

Meals are not included in the registration fees

On-site Registration, after October 20th - 2010

On-site registration will be possible but we recommend to register well in advance. Participants who wish to register on-site are advised to arrive early. On-site registration does not entitle participants to receive a delegate bag. On-site registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis, priority will be given to pre-registered delegates.

Group registrations

If you are registering a group of more than 10 persons please make use of the group registration form and send it via email to Atlas Voyages at wasp2010@atlasvoyages.co.ma

Payment

When registering for the 20th World Congress of Social Psychiatry in Marrakesh, please arrange for payment of the registration fee. All payments should be made in EURO. You may choose between two modes of payment, credit card payment or bank transfer. We strongly recommend credit card payments as charges for bank transfers may be higher.

Cancellation terms

Until May 31st 2010: registration fee refund, less 25% for administrative costs. After June 1st 2010: No refund

If you need to cancel your congress participation, please notify the congress office ATLAS VOYAGES in writing only. For cancellations by May 31st 2010, the registration fee will be refunded minus a handling fee of 25 % for administrative costs. No refund can be made for cancellations received after June 1st 2010.
