Scientific Program

The Scientific Committee of the XXth World Congress for Social Psychiatry extends a most cordial invitation to all our colleagues from throughout the world to join us in the XXth World Congress of the World Association for Social Psychiatry with the theme, Integrating Health and Mental Health.

Our Congress, the first such in Africa, will take place in the historic city of Marrakech, one of the jewels of the Moroccan kingdom’s crown, world renown for its beauty, its hospitality, its entertainment and splendid accommodations.

The scientific program, developed by world authorities in social psychiatry, will focus on research, education, treatments and services, as well as policy and advocacy, across the life cycle and mindful of the nuanced dialectics of universality and cultural specificity. It will include plenary sessions, master lectures, symposia, workshops and poster presentations. Please send your proposals to our Scientific Committee following the instructions posted on this section of the website.
